WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit our website and app – which are hosted on GoDaddy servers.

This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Site and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Sites, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Many of said cookies are automatically created and managed by the hosting and cloud infrastructure that the ProNow app requires to operate – meaning, in short – Goa Services LLC is not creating and managing the cookies.
Information collected through our Mobile App – ProNow
In Short: We may collect information regarding your geo‑location, mobile device and push notifications. We may ask for access to your phone’s files so you can upload documentation and required documents to Goa Services LLC.
If you use our Apps, we may also collect the following information: We use location to make the app work so we need access to location. We do not track your location; however, require this technology to make your app experience seamless and amazing. If you do not have location enabled on your phone, this application will not work for you. When we say we use location, we are not tracking you. We require this information for application engineering purposes – simply put, ‘to make it work’. We require all of the information we request at sign up – for customers and business – to optimize the app experience and make it work great for our end users.
Geo-Location Information. We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS messages, social media accounts, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Data. We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.
Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings. Push notifications are great because they help us keep your informed about your services.
Information collected from other Sources
In Short: We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.
We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms (such as Facebook), as well as from other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include: social media profile information (your name, gender, birthday, email, current city, state and country, user identification numbers for your contacts, profile picture URL and any other information that you choose to make public); marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links).

By using our Maps API Implementation, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. [By using our implementation of the Google Maps APIs, you agree to allow us to gain access to information about you including personally identifiable information (such as usernames) and non-personally identifiable information (such as location). [We will be collecting the following information: ProNow Customer Service Address via Geocoding API ]

No. Never. All ProNow app data and website data are stored only in the United States of America.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete it.

Final Note: All ProNow data is user generated and stored in the cloud. SAID data does not leave the cloud. pronow does not control the ads you see on our site. We do not store your payment information. we enable technology for services using the latest and best technology. all data you provide is your choice, provided at your discretion. WE ENCRYPT AS MUCH AS WE CAN ON THE FRONT END AND THE CLOUD SERVER ITSELF IS FULLY ENCRYPTED. we don’t ask for any data we don’t need to make the business operate as the top technology provider for on demand services. you get the best tech with the best features all on a secure cloud app. to access our phone app, you must verify your device using two factor authentication. this means that everytime you sign in, you are required to verify your identity. WE PAY – TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY – STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMERS IN EVERY STATE WE OPERATE.
